Principal Terms & Conditions

  1. By placing an order with The Academic Blueprint (“we/us/our”), you, the Client (“you/your”) agree to accept our Terms and Conditions.

  2. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Your continued use of our services following a change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Terms and Conditions for changes. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using our services.

  3. Your access to and use of The Academic Blueprint are subject exclusively and strictly to our Terms and Conditions

  4. No contract subsists until we accept your order. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to withdraw any service at any time. All prices are subject to change at any time prior to a contract being entered into and are subject to change without notice. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for refusing to accept your order, withdrawing any service, or changing any price.

  5. We retain the right to revoke your right to the continued use of our services at our discretion.

  6. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our Terms and Conditions.

Website Use

  1. You warrant that all information which you provide to us is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects and that you will notify us immediately of any changes to such information.

  2. We reserve the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) our website (or any part of it) without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.

  3. Our website is provided to you on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without any warranty being given in relation to the website including (but not limited to) implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade.

  4. We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the site or the server(s) that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

  5. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of material uploaded or transmitted through our website.

  6. All e-mails and any attachment(s) is/are confidential. If an e-mail is received by a party who is not the intended recipient they are requested to notify us immediately, delete it from their system, and refrain from copying or using it for any purpose or disclosing the contents in any other way.

  7. We are not responsible for the content of e-mails which may or may not contain personal views. Anything said or contained within an e-mail does not necessarily reflect our views and opinions unless specifically stated.

  8. All links on our website to third-party websites are provided purely for informational purposes and we do not endorse, approve, certify or control links to or information provided by other individuals, institutions or organizations, and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, efficacy, timeliness, or correct sequencing of information located at external Internet addresses, nor are we are responsible for the terms, conditions, policies, or security of these websites.

  9. By providing your e-mail address to us, you consent to us sending you service-related notices, offers, or updates regarding current offerings to the provided e-mail address. If you do not wish to receive such messages, you can opt out anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any such e-mail message. Intellectual Property

  1. You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material on our website, site design, structure and graphics and all software and source codes connected with our website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorized by us.

  2. You acknowledge and agree that the material contained within our website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only. You may only access, view, copy and/or print pages from our website for the sole purpose of you evaluating whether to and/or placing an order with us. Any other use of the material within our website is strictly prohibited.

Writing Delivery Times

  1. The following clauses relate to our resume and cover letter services, including the paid industry critiques.

  2. We can only commence work on an order once we have received all of the required information. During payment, you will have the option to upload a document containing the required information. Our delivery times are timed from the point when we receive the required information.

  3. Upon purchase, a writer will be allocated to you within 1-4 business days except during periods of high demand when this period may be extended. Once a writer has been allocated, we aim to deliver a draft of your documents within 2 business days. We cannot be held liable for any missed opportunities in delays delivering your drafts.

Writing Delivery Format

  1. The following clauses relate to our resume and cover letter services, including the paid industry critiques.

  2. While working on your order, we will provide files in PDF or Microsoft Word format.

  3. We cannot be held liable for incompatibility issues with a user’s individual computer setup although we do undertake to assist as best we are able in resolving any issues and will provide alternative, more suitable formats if we are able to do so. However, it should be noted that IT support is out of our field of expertise and if we are unable to agree upon a resolution then the user will need to seek appropriate professional IT support at their own expense.

Photo Editing

  1. The following clauses relate to our photo editing service.

  2. The service includes work upon a single photograph uploaded by you.

  3. The elected designer reserves the right to request a new photograph in the case that colour, resolution, or content would certainly yield imperfect results. In turn, you may request that work proceeds using an imperfect photograph so long as it is confirmed and accepted that results and quality of work may be limited.

Profile Writing

  1. The following clauses relate to our LinkedIn Profile writing service.

  2. Our LinkedIn Profile writing service involves the provision of a document containing a full write-up of the various sections of a LinkedIn Profile that may be easily copied and pasted into a live profile.

  3. We do not undertake to directly login to or create profiles on behalf of our clients - this is a security measure to ensure the safety of your personal information and confidentiality of your login credentials.

Interview Coaching Delivery Times

  1. The following clauses relate to our interview coaching services.

  2. We can only commence work on an order once we have received all of the required information. This includes contact information for us to reach you in order to set up a meeting with one of our interview coaches.

  3. Upon obtaining the required information, an interview coach will be allocated to you within 3-5 business days except during periods of high demand when this period may be extended. We cannot be held liable for any missed opportunities in delays delivering your coaching session.

  4. We will work with you to set up a timeslot with one of our interview coaches, depending on availability.

  5. If a timeslot has been finalized and a need to reschedule arises, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we cannot guarantee a timeslot will be available.

Interview Coaching Delivery Format

  1. The following clauses relate to our interview coaching services.

  2. Prior to the session, you will be responsible for setting up any technology-related aides such as webcams or telecommunications applications on your computer. We cannot be held liable for incompatibility issues with a user’s individual computer setup.

  3. If a session is missed due to technology-related issues, we will do our best to reschedule. However, we cannot guarantee a timeslot will be available.​​

Payment

  1. Payment is required in full with all orders. Your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be debited on acceptance of your order so as to ensure that sufficient funds/credit are/is available in the account.

  2. All credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal.

  3. Should a suspected error be made in billing your credit/debit card, our policy is to provide a full and immediate refund, pending further investigation by management.

  4. In the event of an order dispute, we seek to provide a full and immediate refund within 72 hours of final draft submission. If a dispute has been realized following the 72 hour timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate you through any applicable supports.

Correspondence

  1. We endeavor to respond to all correspondence, including complaints. All correspondence must be made in writing.
